As I walk around the Costa Bonita resort with the Marketing Manager Lic.
Francisco Adell Atristain, I feel a sense of peace and tranquility. From
almost every point you can hear the ocean waves crash on the shore, and
from the gorgeous penthouse on top of the building you can see far. Though
nearly empty of its residents in early October, I could imagine friends
and neighbors meeting in the clubhouse, chatting away over tea, or sitting
by the pool relaxing with a cool drink n front of the ocean. The truth is,
I thought my parents would enjoy a retirement community like this. If Paraiso
Costa Bonita, the third brand new project under construction turns out to
be as lovely as this, Costa Bonita truly has a goldmine in ocean front property
and strong sense of community building for retiring couples. The three major
projects of Costa Bonita condominium and villas ¨are all 100% Full Ownership
Condos,¨ says Marketing Manager Lic. Francisco Adell Atristain, all are
beachfront and among the three locations offering a variety of price ranges.

initial complex is six years old targeting retirees over the age of 50.
About 90% sold. The completion of the new addition should be in December
of this year. Tennis courts, pool, spa, lobby bar, full restaurant, AC and
gym a few of the amenities for Costa Bonita. Mid-priced. The second project,
Quinta del Mar, is located right next door to Costa Bonita on the oceanfront.
Cost is a little lower than Costa Bonita. About 50 percent of the villas
and condominiums in the new Quinta del Mar remains available. The company
just broke ground on a third project further down the beach to the south
called Paraiso Costa Bonita. Located next door to the beautiful Torres Mazatlan
and under construction now – to be completed by December 2006 – Paraiso
Costa Bonita will contain luxurious condominium suites and will be higher
priced than Costa Bonita. Costa Bonita offers a complete community atmosphere
for retiring couples with affordable services such as gardeners and housekeepers.
It is north of the city, about a ten minute bus ride, thus a quiet location.
