The season for the performing arts hasn´t quite ended, although most of
the events on the calendar for July at the Angela Peralta Theater take the
form of year-end recitals by students from the next-door Municipal School
for the Arts. It is a time when young dance students want to put their best
foot forward, and students in other disciplines also want to show off their
well-rehearsed talents. Here´s what was released at press time on the theater´s
calendar of events for July. Other special events can be added to this schedule

box office, as the month progresses. The Angela Peralta Theater is located
on Calle Carnaval near the corner of Constitucion in Old Mazatlán. July
2 & 3: Ballet Gala, Municipal School of Classical Ballet, 8:00 p.m. July
4: Symphony concert, Mazatlán Youth Orchestra Directed by Luis Gerardo Trejo
6:00 p.m. July 8: Year end performance, Maz-atlán Professional School of
Contemporary Dance 8:00 p.m. July 10: Third graduating class performance,
Mazatlán Professional School of Contemporary Dance 8:00 p.m. |
