Fideicomiso Office Closes at
BBV-Bancomer

| As of June 30 2004, the BBV- Bancomer Trust Department (Fideicomisos) will be closing the local office in Mazatlán after almost 30 years. We would like to thank Lic. Jose Luis Pineda and Marisol Osuna for all their help over the years, making foreigners feel welcome in Mazatlán and comfortable investing in Mexico. BBV- Bancomer has been fortuante to have such professional employees. |
